Cessie was a bad girl
She took more than she need
She took her drugs as a body rub
And gave birth to violent seeds
She’d greet the dawn with a stifled yawn
And looked in without a key
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Cessie was some party poop
She always blew the lites
She used the mains as a terminal drain
And got the boys to fight
And for lust she peaked on any stuff
That gave her second sight
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Cessie was a metal maid
A sad heart armoured star
Sealed up in a mess of tin
She said “So few, so fast, so far!”
She walked around with a store-bought frown
Got a chauffeur but no car
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Cessie was a bad girl
She took more than she need
She took her drugs as a body rub
And gave birth to violent seeds
She’d greet the dawn with a stifled yawn
And looked in without a key
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Odd, odd, oddity
She was some oddity
Pressurised, ionised, certified and more
Madonna face without the grace
With the kiss-me clothes she wore
Sanitised, sanforised, polarised for war
The human race is not her case
She won’t tell you what she saw
Pressurised, ionised, pressurised, ionised
Pressurised, ionised, pressurised, ionised
Pressurised, ionised, pressurised, ionised
Pressurised, ionised, pressurised, ionised

* This song is in the key of A minor.
* Occasionally it goes to G, but not for long and not too often.
* According to Pete, this song is about a Cecelia Duncan scarf he used to own.
* The guitar riff at the beginning is played around the 12th fret.
* The guitar riff near the end is also played around the 12th fret and is Am7, Am13, Am7, Am6.
* Marc’s bassline is largely mysterious and impossible to play for other humans.
* Richard uses a Yamaha DX7 and invented all the sounds you hear himself.
* During the long chorus where everybody yells a line, Pete goes first, then George, then Richard, then Marc, then Graham, then everyone.
Cessie was a bad fish
She lived there in the sea
…?
…?
We filleted that fish and coated it in batter
And gave it a mighty good fry
Cod, cod, cod for tea
We all had cod for tea
